GRAIGIELAW GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - EAST LOTHIAN
This job took over 18 months to complete due to the sheer scale of the rendering work required. The job involved rendering a 6ft wall that surrounds the golf club and the residential development that is part of the golf club.

MIG were one of the first contractors on-site and completed the job ahead of the customers deadline, resulting in repeat work from this customer.

MANOR KINGDOM HOMES- EAST LOTHIAN
This job involved roughcasting the entire housing development on the outskirts of North Berwick. The job took 4 years to complete but also allowed us to work with other residential customers in the North Berwick area.

MIG provided a wide range of roofing services to Manor Kingdom during the 4 year period of this particular job.

KINGSTON POST OFFICE - EAST LOTHIAN
The Kingston Post Office is a ‘kit house’ and MIG were involved with this project from start including advising the customer on the various methods that could be used to construct and complete the house in the most cost effective manner.

MIG completed this particular job in a timeous manner and were then referred future business by this customer.

CONGALTON FARM - EAST LOTHIAN
This was a large scale refurbishment project for MIG and involved us supplying and fitting over 50,000 slates to the customers specific requirements. We also took on the challenge of sourcing the specific tiles the customer required.

PRIVATE DWELLING - DIRLETON EAST LOTHIAN
This was a small scale project for MIG and involved us slating the roof of the cottage whilst ensuring that the roof tiles were in keeping with the age and local environment that surrounds this particular property.

MIG always try where possible to provide the customer with slates for jobs like this one that are sympathetic to the slates used in the initial build.

We were on site from start to finish for this job. The job involved roofing work and roughcasting for this private house. This is one of the more straightforward jobs we have undertaken and was completed to the customers satisfaction.

PRIVATE DWELLING - GULLANE GOLF EAST LOTHIAN
This house is over 100 years old, the customer required us to roughcast the house, but wanted us to march the materials that were used 100 years earlier. We achieved this by visiting a local beach and matching the colours that way.

REDCOLL FARM - EAST LOTHIAN
This farm is well over 200 years old and the customer required that we worked alongside the architect who had some very specific requirements for how the roof of the farm was to be slated in keeping with original roof.

MIG and the architect completed this extensive refurbishment project on time and to the clients original budget.
